Lots of people regard it the happiest to be at leisure. But according to a study, it is not a person with plenty of leisure but one at work that feels happy, especially those busy with work, having little time for leisure.. Happiness doesn't spell gains one is after, but a desire to harvest what one is seeking for. People often don't cherish what they already have but yearn for what they can't get.

He is sociable and enjoy wide- range communication with others; he is helpful and ready to accept assistance.

幸福的人，是一个有远大目标同时不忘记自己是生活在当下的人，一个选择对自己的才能和潜能有挑战性的人，一个对自己的成绩和社会承认感到骄傲的人，一个自尊、自爱、自由和自信的人，一个有社会交往也能享受人际关系的人，一个乐于助人并接受帮助的人。
